Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. Also, once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and a summary of your payment details.

2. What Can I do, If I get charged twice?

You will only be charged for what you purchased. if you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and gets rectified automatically. However, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us via our contact us page with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

3. Is the online payment process secure?

 

Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped and yes the payment process is secure since we use only the official payment methods.
Also when you place an order using a debit or credit card, an authorization is obtained from your bank. The authorization places a temporary hold on the funds.
